Nah, once you reach 10 posts you are permitted to see the thanks button, and then its there for you to use. You're not just limited to one thanks per 10 posts.

Most of the people asking what happens would know, if they would just read a little in the rules/regulations, but I guess everyone is as excited as me to get to 10 posts!!!
